At Smileactives, we want you to be completely satisfied with your brightening results. If you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Care team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify your order details.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the product, including any unused portions and original packaging if possible, into a secure shipping box along with your order invoice.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated returns processing center using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process a credit to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
